Textiles
The following looks all incorporate some twist on the typical textile used in clothing. I wove the textile for the poncho myself, following a weaving design that I designed and drafted and using yarn that I dyed with plants. The orange linen dress, which I wore for my graduation with my master's degree from Yale, incorporates a hand-embroidery pattern. The blue skirt/top set is made from a Goodwill bedsheet that I ice-dyed and screenprinted with an original print that mimics the [Voronoi diagram](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voronoi_diagram). And the final look uses plastic bags, packaging material, and fabric scraps to create a jacket/shorts set that turns trash into fashion.
